About Delox

Delox is a
- off born in 2018 from the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon that in 2024, incorporated its US branch, Delox USA. Delox technology consists of a solid formulation of hydrogen peroxide that enables the design of a new generation of
- decontamination devices for various industries. Delox's mission is to solve the problem of microbial contamination and is currently focused on infection control and eradicating the need for social distancing. We are designing a new generation of
- decontamination devices to be integrated into HVAC systems – and we need your help!

What do we need?

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Communication, or related field (scientific background or interest in science is a plus - even from high school!)
• Marketing experience in the life sciences, healthcare technology, or Medtech sectors is plus
• Creative mindset with
  - on skills in designing marketing materials and content – from Linked
  In Posts and presentations to brochures and backdrops for tradeshows (Canva, Adobe, Affinity or similar tools valued)
• Interest in market analysis and an eye for spotting gaps and opportunities, turning them into ideas that push Delox forward
• Curiosity to explore the strategic side of marketing and how it connects to business development in a growing
  - up
• Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable with a transversal role where no two days are the same
• Outgoing personality, enjoys connecting with people and sharing ideas
• Problem-solver, curious and eager to learn new things every day
• Strong communication and writing skills in Portuguese and English
• Capacity to work in an international team across different time zones
• Up for a challenge - not afraid to dive into new tasks, experiment, and figure things out on the go

What will you do?

• Visualize and design technical and
  - technical marketing materials - from brochures, flyers, and tradeshows backdrops to Linked
  In graphics and presentations - working closely with the product team
• Explore markets and conduct research to identify opportunities and customer segments (such as hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, or HVAC manufacturers), bringing forward insights that guide Delox’s growth
• Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that support the adoption of Delox devices, while contributing your own ideas to bring our marketing strategy to life
• Review, edit and refine our digital content – including website copy, posts, and campaign texts – to keep it clear, consistent, and
  - brand, while supporting the development of SEO and advertising strategies
• Contribute to business development activities as the role evolves, helping us open new doors.
• Coordinate communication strategies between the European and U. S. branches to ensure consistency of messaging. Track performance metrics of marketing campaigns and provide periodic reporting to senior management
• Represent Delox at tradeshows, conferences, and other events - showcasing our brand and building connections
• Help shape and safeguard Delox’s brand identity - ensuring our look, tone, and message stay consistent across all channels
• Work side by side with scientists, engineers, and business minds to translate complex ideas into marketing that makes their work shine
