Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and
- driven Marketing Assistant to help us drive growth across multiple international projects focused on crypto, blockchain, Web3, and emerging tech ecosystems.

You will report directly to the Senior Regional Marketing Manager for Portuguese-speaking countries and play a key role in executing our content, SEO, partnership, and performance marketing strategies across
- paced,
- driven markets.

Responsibilities

• Translate business growth strategies into
  - impact marketing campaigns to improve customer acquisition and revenue.
• Own campaigns from
  -
  - end: ideation, creative process, targeting and segmentation, project management, execution, A/B testing, reporting, and optimization.
• Analyze marketing KPIs (traffic, rankings, conversions) daily, weekly, and monthly using Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards.
• Develop actionable insights based on data and propose strategic initiatives.
• Manage and grow partnerships with
  - tier publishers, media outlets, and SEO partners.
• Create and maintain automated dashboards to monitor KPIs across multiple websites.
• Report campaign results, key findings, and optimization recommendations to senior management.
• Stay current on digital marketing best practices, SEO trends, and industry innovations.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or content marketing.
• Proven ability to independently plan, execute, and optimize Web3 marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
• Experience managing partnerships, backlinks, or external media relationships.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Native Portuguese speaker; proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
