About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support our brand marketing activity. You’ll help execute digital campaigns, manage content, support events, and deliver engaging social and email marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build on their marketing career within a

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns run smoothly, content is high quality, and events are
- supported. It’s a varied role where you’ll gain
- on experience across many different marketing disciplines.
What You'll Be Doing
Campaign & Content Support
- Assist in planning and delivering marketing campaigns
- Create reports on performance (web traffic, email metrics, etc. )
- Conduct industry and competitor research
- Write and proof blogs, whitepapers, and social content
- Upload content to our CMS (e. g. , Umbraco)
Social Media & Email Marketing
- Plan and schedule social media posts (Linked
In, Instagram, X/Twitter)
- Design simple graphics and assets (e. g. , Canva)
- Support the execution of email campaigns and newsletters
Event Management
- Help organise our conference appearances and event logistics
- Liaise with organisers and coordinate travel/accommodation
- Prepare marketing materials and coordinate team schedules
Internal Communications & Awards
- Contribute to internal newsletters and presentations
- Manage the awards calendar and assist with submissions
General Admin & Collaboration
- Maintain the marketing asset library and Share
Point
- Help schedule meetings and manage task delivery
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content specialists
What We're Looking For
Qualifications and
Training
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, English, Business or related field
- Professional certifications in digital marketing (e. g. , Google, Hub
Spot)
Knowledge and Skills
- Fluent English language skills with excellent written and verbalcommunication (a language standard of C2 will be required)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Experience creating engaging content for targeted audiences across
different mediums (written, visual, presentations, short form, whitepapers) - Practical experience using social media platforms professionally(Linked
In, Instagram, Twitter) - Ability to design simple social graphics and video content (e. g. , Canva, basic Adobe skills)
- Knowledge of event and project management
- Familiarity with working in an agency or B2B marketing environment
- Data handling skills, with a focus on using marketing data to produceinsight reports on marketing performance
Experience
- Previous experience in a marketing, communications or content related role
- Experience writing and editing marketing content, and managing acontent calendar
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts in aprofessional capacity
- Experience supporting event delivery (e. g conferences, webinars)
- Experience using CMS platforms for website updates (e. g. , Umbraco)
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e. g. , Mail
Chimp, Zoho, Campaign Monitor) - Experience in specialist areas of marketing and related fields, suchas: SEO, paid media advertising, graphic design, performancemarketing, brand, marketing automation, data & analytics is a bonus
- Experience working in B2B marketing, particularly in an agencysetting
