The role
As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering MCA’s global marketing and communications activities. You will ensure our brand presence is consistent, compelling, and aligned with MCA’s business strategy.
The role combines hands-on execution (campaigns, content, digital channels, events) with strategic input (contributing to marketing plans, advising on messaging, ensuring commercial alignment). You will work closely with senior leadership, business leads, and external agencies to support MCA’s growth and reputation as the leading consultancy in content production.
You will report directly into the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and collaborate closely with the CEO and the entire senior management team including global client services, operations, and technology teams.

- Contribute to the development of MCA’s marketing plans
- Manage MCA’s website and social media channels, ensuring fresh and consistent content
- Own the creation and updating of marketing collateral (credentials, cases, presentations, etc. )
- Coordinate MCA’s participation in industry events, managing logistics, messaging, and
- up - Provide input into CRM strategy and ensure quality updates, segmentation, and reporting
- Contribute to thought leadership and content, including MCA’s “Prod
Cast” series - Support RFPs and pitch processes with structured,
- brand materials
What we’re looking for
Soft Skills
- Strong project management and organisational abilities, with attention to detail
- Proactive and resourceful, able to drive initiatives forward independently
- Creative mindset with a flair for storytelling, design, and brand expression
- Commercially minded, aligning marketing activity with business priorities
Hard Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years working in marketing, communications, or business development support
- Proven ability to create and execute content across digital channels
- Strong design and layout skills using tools such as Power
Point and Canva - AI literate
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
- Skilled at managing both internal stakeholders and external partners
- Knowledge of B2B professional services or consultancy is a strong advantage
