About the Job

We are seeking a motivated and
- oriented Trainee to join our team. This role offers
- on experience in managing control libraries, assisting with control execution, analyzing results, and supporting stakeholders in implementing action plans. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of risk management, operational controls, and regulatory compliance, with a strong eagerness to learn.

Your main activities are:

o Support and coordinate meetings, presentations, and
- ups for various committees.

o Manage and communicate
- related requests with stakeholders (Statistics;



KPIS;

presentations;



etc. ).

o Provide regular updates, including:

‐ Weekly status reports on exchange enquiries to RPC's senior management.

‐ Support the team to produce regular reporting on the main operational risk indicators.

‐ Use different tools to collect and analyze data, as well as structuring queries and performing routine maintenance of reports.

o Assist in tracking and completing actions for recommendations where the team is a coordinator or owner.

Profile and Skills to Success

o Strong analytical and
- solving skills.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Perfect fluency in English;

o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

o Undergraduate / Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Economics or Finance;

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power
Point, Word), Share
Point, Outlook.

o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

o Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
