We seek a Marketing Digital and UX Project Manager willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

Hybrid working mode with base in Lisbon or Porto.

Overview:

The professional will join a global cybersecurity team, focusing on the planning and execution of communication and awareness strategies. This role includes internal communications, event organization, content creation, development of mandatory
- learning modules, and support for local cybersecurity representatives across entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and implementation of cybersecurity awareness communication strategies aligned with the Group's objectives.
• Ensure effective internal communication in coordination with the Group Communication team.
• Plan and organize events (e. G. , internal conferences) to promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices.
• Create content for various communication channels (websites, newsletters, awareness materials).
• Measure the impact of communication campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Provide ongoing support to “Cyberculture” referents in each business entity.
• Contribute to the development of a new mandatory Cyberdefense
  - learning course in collaboration with internal teams and external providers.
• Lead phishing awareness campaigns and activate internal Group networks.
• Report on activities and KPIs to the Cyberculture team in Paris.

Technical Skills:

• Digital marketing
• UX and customer journey methodology
• General knowledge of IT and cybersecurity, including relevant processes and regulatory frameworks
• Ability to interpret data and cybersecurity risks and apply knowledge of regulations and data management
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud

Language Skills:
