Marketing Executive
Mission:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that support brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth. This role plays a key part in driving online and offline campaigns, managing content, and supporting the development of innovative marketing initiatives aligned with the company’s objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and implementation of the hotel’s marketing strategy, aligned with the YOTEL brand.
- Manage and create local content for digital platforms,
- Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns (using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc. ), identifying areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with external partners (e. g. influencers, local businesses, tourism boards) to actively promote the hotel and events.
- Coordinate
- site photography, videography, and other brand assets with central marketing and creative teams. - Ensure brand consistency in all communications and signage on property.
- Maintain an

- date database of local media, influencers, and partners. - Stay current on local trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Hospitality, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or travel industries.
- Understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative mindset with great copywriting and content creation skills.
- Comfortable working independently and in a
- paced environment. - Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of design tools (e. g. Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Work Environment:
- This role is based on a 100%
- site work model as company policy. - May require occasional travel for events or promotional activities.
