Your Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing clients via phone and email to identify sales opportunities
• Manage a portfolio of small business clients and grow their advertising revenue
• Research industry trends and client business models to offer tailored solutions
• Provide performance insights and optimization strategies
• Become an expert in all Meta advertising solutions
• Consultatively sell and support clients in reaching their marketing goals

What We’re Looking For

• Native-level Dutch and fluent English (C1/C2)
• Experience in outbound sales and/or digital marketing (+3 years)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Autonomous, organized, and
  - oriented
• Quick learner, adaptable, and punctual
• Passion for advertising and customer success

Training & Onboarding

• 12 working days of
  - time training (8 hours/day)
• Paid training 
• Includes product knowledge, software systems, and customer engagement training

Compensation & Benefits
