Lisbon. You will support our client as Advertising Sales

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) viatelephone, chat, and email daily to identify sales opportunities andprovide tailored solutions for their business goals.
- Demonstrating commitment to consultative sales to serve client goalseffectively. ➢ Managing a portfolio (book of business) of small business clients togrow revenue for their businesses.
- Prioritizing outreach plans across the assigned portfolio based onclient understanding and needs.
- Researching and gaining a fundamental understanding ofverticals/markets/industries and client business models.
- Being experienced and
- versed with local business nuances tocustomize the experience for local advertisers. - Providing personalized client recommendations to meet varyingneeds.
- Improving the client's experience by consulting on optimal andappropriate product adoption, proactively and reactively engaging toassess and optimize product performance continuously.
- Developing an expert working knowledge of client advertisingsolutions (including measurement) and their impact on performance.
- Exhibiting curiosity by actively learning and teaching others andsharing ideas to enhance ad products and the customer experience.
- Managing a portfolio (book of clients) of SMB clients as needed togrow revenue.
- Providing

- sales assistance for all applicable productswithin scope and area of knowledge. - Becoming knowledgeable about all Facebook Advertising solutions.
- Identifying trends, solving problems, and providing vital productinsights and feedback.
- Championing and producing success stories for advertisers who havegrown their businesses using Facebook products.
- Utilizing a variety of tools to effectively communicate and driveadvertisers' businesses to success.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Hebrew (C2), both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Eligible to work in EU or Portuguese residency status
- Computer and Internetliterate
- Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
- Able to work rotating shifts
- Success in this position requires exceptionalconsultative sales, coaching, and client service skills; awillingness to experiment; the ability to thrive in adynamic,
- focused environment; and a passionfor helping others achieve results.
BENEFITS:
- 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with anadditional lunch break hour) on a rotational shiftpattern, Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 17:00.
