The Team
The Revenue Management team shapes how Marley Spoon invests in growth. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Analyst to join us in Lisbon and help steer budgets, optimize investments, and unlock smarter growth. In this role, you’ll work alongside Marketing and Data & AI teams, analyzing performance, improving processes, and refining the frameworks that guide our biggest investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyze marketing spend across channels, supporting effective budget allocation.
- Develop and refine LTV models and frameworks to guide sustainable customer growth.
- Conduct ad hoc campaign performance and
- funnel analyses to identify ROI opportunities. - Own the incrementality curve methodology, deepening our understanding of marketing impact.
- Partner with the Data & AI team to improve attribution models and design incrementality tests (A/B,
- lift) to improve its accuracy. - Support weekly steering decisions on marketing investment
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, revenue management, strategy, finance, or growth analytics in a
- growth or
- tier environment. - Strong analytical and
- solving skills, fluency in spreadsheets. - Experience with BI platforms (e. g. Looker) and SQL is a plus.
- Proven ability to partner with
- functional teams and influence senior stakeholders. - Excellent communication skills: able to translate complex data into actionable insights and clear business recommendations.
- Strong sense of ownership:
- driven,
- oriented, and proactive in improving processes and
- making. - Business-fluent in English (written and spoken).
