The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Lead who will bring Ti
JUBU's brand to life across channels and audiences. You'll take our
- defined brand identity and translate it into stories, campaigns, and touchpoints that engage users, partners, and the wider HR/tech community. This is a unique opportunity to shape the voice and visibility of a
- led platform with global potential.

What You'll Do

• Bring the Brand to Life
  : Turn Ti
  JUBU's positioning and values into bold, engaging stories and assets that people remember.
• Grow Our Presence
  : Launch and scale our social channels with a steady rhythm of creative, meaningful content.
• Create with Impact
  : Produce posts, videos, case studies, and thought leadership that showcase our mission, product, and partnerships — always with a human touch.
• Lead Events that Connect
  : Plan and host digital events (from webinars to demos) and make sure Ti
  JUBU shines at partner and vendor venues.
• Fuel Growth
  : Team up with Product and Growth to run campaigns, kick off email workflows and automations, and spark early demand.
• Build the Engine
  : Put in place the analytics, reporting, and systems that make our marketing scalable and
  - proof.
• Experiment & Evolve
  : Try new formats, track results, and double down on what resonates - keeping us fresh, visible, and engaging.

You Might Be a Fit If You. . .

• Have
  - on experience in
  - driven marketing, ideally in
  - stage B2B Saa
  S or HR tech.
• Are as comfortable writing posts and editing videos as you are thinking strategically about messaging.
• Bring creativity, curiosity, and the drive to make a small brand stand out.
• Communicate clearly, collaborate naturally, and thrive in
  - moving, ambiguous environments.
• Care about meaningful work and are excited by Ti
