Marketing Lead will lead and execute the company's marketing strategy, with a strong
- on focus on email marketing, marketing automation, and social media management. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through digital channels, while also overseeing overall marketing performance and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing & Automation

Create, design, and manage email campaigns using Mailchimp

Build and optimize marketing automations, customer journeys, and drip campaigns

Manage audience segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing

Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize accordingly

Social Media Management with ability to create unique personalized content including videos where they will be the focus in the video promoting the product.

Develop and execute the company's social media strategy across relevant platforms

Create, schedule, and publish content

Manage community engagement, comments, and direct messages

Track social media performance and growth metrics

Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals

Plan and execute digital campaigns across email, social, and content channels

Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity

Support sales and customer engagement initiatives

Analytics & Performance

Set KPIs and track campaign performance across email and social channels

Analyze customer behavior and marketing data to improve engagement and ROI

Provide regular performance reports and insights to leadership

Leadership & Collaboration

Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams

Manage the marketing budget and resource allocation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

2–7+ years of marketing experience, including
- on graphic design & digital marketing

Proven experience with Mailchimp, including email creation and automations

Strong experience managing social media platforms and content calendars

Solid understanding of digital marketing analytics and reporting
