The role

We’re looking for a
- on Marketing Lead to own and scale Bleap’s marketing efforts — starting with social media and community. You’ll be in the trenches every day: moderating channels, crafting posts, testing growth loops, and engaging with the community to scale our presence to tens of thousands.

What you'll do

• Own and grow our community presence across platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, Reddit)
• Create campaigns that feel native to each channel — and have the potential to go viral
• Brief designers and video editors clearly with creative direction
• Develop relationships with builders, community managers, and external stakeholders from other projects to facilitate cooperation
• Serve as the

  - day moderator of Bleap’s social media channels
• Find and build new acquisition channels

This is not a strategy role—it’s an execution role. You’ll be in the weeds, launching products, building teams, talking to users, and iterating fast. We move quickly. We care about results. And we don’t waste time.

What we look for

• You’ve already built audiences that people love (0 → 50k+ followers/users). Show us.
• You’ve created campaigns that exploded on social. Show us.
• You’re
  - driven, but curious and creative — you test, learn, and iterate fast
• You have enough design/video chops to brief creatives effectively
• Bonus: You’re a crypto/Web3 or
  - tech fan
