Codacy is looking for Marketing Leadership to help shape and execute our Marketing strategy and operations. This position will report to the VP of Revenue and work closely with our Sales and Customer Success departments.

What will be your
-
- day?

• You will own marketing operations, marketing program management, and field marketing.
• Ensure enough inbound demand is generated to ensure the inbound lead qualification team hits their sales accepted opportunity target.
• Support sales, sales development, and channel marketing in hitting their sales pipeline creation targets.
• Exhibit deep knowledge of software marketing, as well as people management experience.
• Use a
  - based approach to marketing planning and strategy.

Your profile

You are

• A generalist marketeer who has experienced growth in another startup before, preferably in the infrastructural software space.
• Comfortable with
  - on leadership and taking ownership, working in a small team with a lot of autonomy.
• Someone who likes to dig into details and is organized and methodical.
• Able to carefully balance
  - term goals with
  - term ambitions for the company, prioritize accordingly, and help the business achieve its objectives.
• Passionate about the
  - led market and display strong opinions about this space.

What are the skills and experience needed to do the job successfully?

• At least 5 years of marketing experience in a software context.
• At least 2 years of experience with content marketing and field marketing.
• Experience with lead nurturing strategy.
• Experience with Hub
  Spot, Google Analytics, and content optimization tools.
• Experience running SEM & ABM campaigns and other paid traffic.
• Experience with social media marketing.
• Experience in the software security market is preferred.
• A
  - driven approach to marketing planning and execution.
• Stays on top of trends in the space via conferences, publications, social media, etc.
