Our client is an international company undergoing strong expansion in the consumer wellness & lifestyle sector. After consolidating operations in other European markets, the company is now establishing its Marketing hub in Portugal, at a strategic moment of accelerated growth and increased investment in brand awareness.
Descrição
- Develop the annual marketing strategy aligned with global growth objectives.
- Build consistent tactical plans focused on clear metrics, continuous optimisation, and commercial impact.
- Manage the campaign roadmap and initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and accelerate D2C sales.
- Lead paid social and paid search campaigns, managing
- scale budgets (approx. €3M/year). - Monitor performance and implement continuous improvements to CAC, ROAS, and conversion.
- Create A/B tests and implement
- practice funnel optimisation. - Oversee the brand's digital presence, ensuring visual and narrative coherence across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with the internal design and videography teams to produce
- impact content. - Supervise filming, photo shoots, and content activations across different locations.
- Identify and manage partnerships with influencers, athletes, and relevant entities in the lifestyle & performance ecosystem.
- Build strategic relationships with potential commercial partners and selected distribution channels.
- Develop community initiatives and integrated campaigns with a focus on organic and paid growth.
- Manage marketing budgets with a rigorous,
- oriented approach. - Prepare structured reports with insights and recommendations for international stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with creative and operational teams distributed across Portugal and other markets.
- Work closely with the Creative Director and external partners to ensure consistent execution.
Perfil ideal
- Degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or similar fields.
- Proven experience in D2C e
Commerce; additional marketplace experience is a plus. - Strong track record in managing
- budget paid media. - Experience in social media, content creation, and influencer marketing.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic,
- on,
- up environment. - C1 level of English is mandatory.
