Compensation: Approx. €2, 600/month (Contractor Model)

Role Focus: 80% Strategic Marketing / 20% Business Development Support

About the Company: We are hiring for a Telecom company with over 16 years of experience in developing telecommunications solutions, emergency alert platforms,
- spam systems, and 911 infrastructure. The primary clients include global telecom operators and government institutions, with a strong focus on B2B operations and long sales cycles (12–24 months).

About the Role

We are seeking a senior, "hands-on" Marketing professional capable of building and leading the Marketing function from the ground up for an established telecom tech company. This is not a sales role. We are looking for a strategist who understands how to position
- ticket technical solutions with long sales cycles (12–24 months) so that the commercial team can successfully close deals with global operators and government institutions.

Languages: Advanced English (fluent in spoken and written communication); Spanish (conversational);

Availability: Full-time freelance/contractor

Experience Required: 5+ years in B2B tech/telecom marketing

Key Responsibilities

Department Architecture: Design and execute the marketing framework, from
- level strategy to selecting tools and managing external contributors (designers, copywriters).

Branding & Thought Leadership: Ensure the brand "looks the part" of a market leader. This includes maintaining an active,
- edge presence on Linked
In and the corporate website with regular, relevant updates.

Marketing Strategy: Define and execute strategies to reach a highly targeted group of ~1, 000
- makers (operators, ministries, business partners). Use of Linked
In Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools to identify relevant stakeholders.

Sales Enablement: Create
- value support materials (case studies, RFP presentations, technical whitepapers, and videos) that simplify complex concepts and empower the sales team.

Events & PR: Identify and coordinate participation in global industry fairs and networking opportunities (occasional travel if needed).

Develop strategic partnerships and nurture relationships with relevant stakeholders.

Content Strategy: Translate complex technical jargon (SMSC, USSD, 911 infrastructure, LBS) into clear,
- driven value propositions for
- makers (Ministries, CEOs, CTOs).

Manage and update content on Word
Press (technical blog posts, announcements, landing pages).

Continuous Research: Monitor competitors, industry best practices, and new technologies in telecommunications and emergency alerts, and propose creative ideas for proactive outreach beyond event participation.

Requirements & Profile

Experience: 5+ years leading marketing efforts within the Technology or Telecommunications sectors. Strictly B2B experience is required.

Digital Presence: A candidate who is "digitally active. " You must understand that in marketing, you must practice what you preach; an

- date and professional digital footprint is essential.

Tools: Good knowledge of Word
Press (content management) and Linked
In Sales Navigator.

Languages: Full Professional fluency in English ; Conversational to Advanced Spanish.

Marketing-First Mindset: You are passionate about branding, strategy, and "the top of the funnel, " rather than being driven by sales commissions.

Autonomy: Capacity to take full ownership of the marketing roadmap for 2026 without constant supervision.

Working Model: Must be comfortable and experienced with the Freelance/Contractor model (managing own taxes/social security).
