About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager (fluent/native in French) to support our marketing efforts.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies to drive demand, generate leads, and support our sales teams. You will work closely with sales and be part of an international marketing team of over 25 professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute integrated marketing programs aligned with business objectives and regional sales targets, focusing on revenue growth.
- Implement demand generation campaigns to grow the sales pipeline through optimized execution.
- Deploy
- channel marketing initiatives — including content, SEO, paid media, email, events, and partnerships — tailored to local market needs within the global strategy framework. - Create and adapt content to ensure local relevance and brand consistency.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs to optimize strategies and share best practices.
- Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and campaign execution.
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to support client acquisition, retention, and upselling.
- Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to execute campaigns and track performance.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and marketing innovations within the French market.
Qualifications
- Fluent/native in French and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or international environments.
- Proven experience in executing
- channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, content, email, etc. ). - Good understanding of demand generation principles and lead management.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e. g. , Hub
Spot) and CRM systems (e. g. , Salesforce). - Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and derive insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills in
- functional, multicultural teams. - Adaptability to apply centrally defined strategies to local markets with consistency.
