Descrição da Função

• Coordinate online and offline communication platforms — website, social media,
  - mail marketing and internal communication — ensuring alignment with Corporate and Industrial Communication guidelines;
• Plan, organize and manage international trade fairs, industry events and exhibitions;
• Develop, execute and monitor the annual marketing plan and budget;
• Lead the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey and Voice of Customer initiatives (professional clients and end users);
• Work closely with the Sales Team to support commercial activity through clear, accurate and
  - appropriate communication;
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, identifying trends across the LPG, industrial and complementary segments;
• Prepare marketing plans for new and existing products, including technical positioning and value propositions;
• Manage external agencies and service providers when required.
• Create and develop internal and external sales, product and business presentations;
• Develop, maintain and evolve a portfolio of dashboards and reports, in collaboration with internal BI users.
