Marketing Manager Lisboa

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can bring our brand standards to life while tailoring campaigns to local cultures, buyer behaviors, and market realities.

This role demands a global mindset and adaptability. Based in Lisbon, you will travel regularly to projects and destinations across Portugal, acting as the strategic lead on the ground while coordinating with local partners and central specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute

  - market strategies across multiple projects.
• Partner with Sales/Product teams to align marketing with commercial performance.
• Adapt brand identity and messaging to local audiences and multiple channels.
• Supervise a Marketing Coordinator.
• Manage multilingual agencies/vendors across PR, media, and production.
• Report on pipeline metrics and share
  - market insights with the wider team.

Role Requirements

• 8-10 years in international or
  - market marketing
• Skilled in cultural adaptation of brand and messaging.
• Experience in managing agencies and vendors across multiple geographies.
• Proven ability to balance brand equity and commercial delivery.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (other European languages are a plus).
