Marketing Manager
An international
- size company is seeking a Marketing Manager to help with business development and bring structure and clear execution across all marketing activities. The position involves oversight of brand development, content planning, digital campaigns, and website coordination, with a strong link to business development.
The role is a mix of full
- on execution and direction and management of external resources. The successful candidate will coordinate external partners and freelancers when needed, ensuring projects move forward efficiently and align with the company’s objectives.
Brand & Visual Coordination
- Maintain and evolve the brand identity across all channels.
- Manage brand guidelines and ensure consistency in all materials.
- Coordinate designers, photographers, and other creative partners.
- Keep an updated library of brand assets and visuals.
Digital Advertising & Campaigns
- Plan and oversee campaigns across Linked
In, Meta, Google, and other B2B channels. - Define audiences, track key performance metrics, and manage budgets.
- Work with external specialists to execute campaigns and produce creatives.
- Prepare case studies and marketing materials for commercial use.
- Provide monthly reporting on campaign performance and ROI.
Website & SEO Management
- Oversee the company website as a core asset for lead generation and positioning.
- Coordinate developers, designers, or SEO specialists for updates and improvements.
- Monitor site performance, analytics, traffic trends, and user behaviour.
- Ensure the website remains visually aligned with the brand and fully functional.
Content & Communication
- Plan and send monthly newsletters.
- Coordinate writers, designers, or translators for content production.
- Prepare tailored reports or updates for selected clients or stakeholders.
- Supervise social media content sourcing and publishing.
Project & Process Oversight
- Manage timelines, tasks, and workflow across marketing activities.
- Oversee collaboration with external contributors.
- Identify risks or delays early and adjust plans as needed.
Requirements
- Background in B2B and B2C marketing with experience in campaign planning.
- Strong understanding of visual communication and brand consistency.
- Ability to delegate work and manage external contributors.
- Familiarity with website management and analytics tools.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Balanced creative and analytical mindset.
