What You’ll Do:

Paid Ads Management:Plan, launch, and scale campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms to drive results.

Funnel Building & Optimization:Design and improve marketing funnels that convert visitors into leads and customers.

SEO Strategy:Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase visibility and drive organic growth.

Conversion Optimization:Run A/B tests, improve landing pages, and
- tune every step of the customer journey.

Partnership Growth:Identify and collaborate with strategic partners to grow our reach and audience.

Cross-Channel Coordination:Align campaigns across platforms—social, email, paid—for consistent brand messaging.

Required Skill Set:

Solid experience in performance marketing (ads, funnels, CRO, and SEO)

Analytical mindset with
- on experience optimizing for results

Strong project management and communication skills

Experience managing marketing partnerships and collaborations

Proactive, independent, and comfortable in a startup environment

Bonus: Familiarity with digital nomad or remote work culture

Work Arrangement:

This role can be part-time or
- time, depending on your availability and experience.
