Your Role

• Implement optimization strategies for high‑value international customers
• Improve performance across Google Ads (Search, Mobile, You
  Tube)
• Analyse data, trends & KPIs to create actionable recommendations
• Build keyword packs, set bids, optimise budgets & maximise ROI
• Become an expert in Google’s latest tools and best practices
• Help brands grow while sharpening your analytical and strategic skills

What You Bring

• Minimum 12 months of experience in Google Ads or optimisation
• Strong understanding of KPIs & performance metrics
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Analytical thinking & a passion for digital marketing
• Fluency in German and good English skills
• Motivation to relocate, grow, and work in a multicultural environment
