Job Purpose
This role is part of the Business Management and Transformation Division within the Global Marketing Unit, which is responsible for driving, standardizing, optimizing, and automating global marketing processes and KPI frameworks to enhance business efficiency and maximize ROI.
As Marketing Process Engineer and Reporting Analyst, you will analyze, map, and improve marketing and budgeting processes, maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor budget performance. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Marketing Heads, Marketing Teams, Finance, and Procurement, identifying process inefficiencies, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and
- oriented individual with a strong understanding of process engineering principles and reporting methodologies. You should be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement, with excellent project management abilities to prioritize and multitask in a
- paced environment. Strong communication and
- building skills are essential for conveying complex process and performance data to stakeholders and collaborating across departments to drive process optimization and reporting accuracy.
Key Accountabilities
Process Mapping, & Guideline Definition: Analyse existing marketing and budgeting processes to identify areas for improvement and eliminate inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Create and document detailed process maps and standardized guidelines to ensure consistent adherence to best practices across the organization, covering areas such as budget forecasting, allocation, planning, PO creation, and financial reconciliation.
Process Automation and Optimization: Design and implement process improvements across marketing and budgeting functions, leveraging automation and AI tools (e. g. , RPA, machine learning) to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, implement best practices, and enhance efficiency.
Budgeting Tool Expertise and Support: Serves as the dedicated expert and primary point of contact within Marketing Operations, providing timely and effective
- line support for all data and
- related inquiries concerning MRM and MPM budgeting tools. Possesses
- depth knowledge of MRM/MPM processes and data structures to ensure efficient operations, accurate data, and prompt resolution of user queries.
Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor budget performance, process efficiency, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis, incorporating AI-driven insights where possible.
Data Integrity & Governance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting and analysis. Establish and maintain data governance standards and procedures, including automated data quality checks.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Training: Collaborate with Marketing Heads, Marketing Teams, Finance, and Procurement to understand their needs and requirements related to processes and reporting. Provide training and support to ensure effective utilization of new processes, automation tools, and reporting platforms.

Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field (advanced degree is a plus)
3+ years of experience in budget management, financial planning, or business analysis, ideally within a marketing or commercial environment
Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and marketing budgeting processes, including forecasting, allocation, planning, spend tracking, and cost recovery
Proven experience managing multiple projects

and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.

Excellent / fluent verbal & written communication skills (English)

Financial and ERP software experience, like SAP (preferable)
Project management software experience, like Asana (preferable)
Proven experience with marketing KPIs analysis and reporting (preferable)
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (Pardot) (preferable)
