E drives best practice, innovation, and scalable expertise. 
We’re seeking an experienced and highly organized Account Manager (AM) to support the day‑to‑day coordination, content intake, and operational delivery of Google’s regional marketing communications program.
This role acts as a co‑lead in managing content and process flow, ensuring that client inputs, assets, and localisation requirements move seamlessly through the production pipeline.
The AM will serve as the main day‑to‑day contact for both client stakeholders and internal teams — ensuring deadlines are met, processes run smoothly, and deliverables are on track.

Stakeholder Liaison
- Manage content intake and briefing, ensuring all required assets and details are delivered accurately and on time.
- Coordinate feedback cycles and approvals across internal and client teams.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication — updating stakeholders on progress, risks, and next steps.
- Represent the delivery team confidently in daily and weekly syncs, managing expectations and priorities.
Content & Workflow Management
- Co‑lead content intake processes with the Senior Account Manager — ensuring efficient handover from Google to internal teams.
- Track content and creative assets, ensuring alignment with approved templates, audience segments, and campaign schedules.
- Support localisation workflows across multiple EMEA markets, liaising with translators and local reviewers as needed.
- Manage campaign readiness, ensuring content, creative, and technical dependencies are aligned before launch.
- Maintain content trackers, calendars, and documentation to provide full visibility to internal and client teams.
Operational Delivery & Logistics
- Support day‑to‑day operational delivery, coordinating timelines, QA milestones, and review cycles.
- Liaise with Email Developers, Designers, and Copywriters to ensure all components of the email build are delivered and QA’d on time.
- Escalate issues or blockers early and collaborate with Senior AMs or Program Management to resolve them efficiently.
- Contribute to maintaining and refining operational best practices, improving communication and workflow clarity.
- Assist in preparing status updates, summaries, and delivery reports for weekly and monthly reviews.
Team Collaboration
- Partner closely with:- Senior Account Managers (Email & Content) to align campaign plans and priorities.
- Design and Development teams to manage timing and dependencies.
- Copywriters and Analysts to ensure campaign content and data are correctly integrated.
- Google stakeholders across regional and local markets to maintain alignment on deliverables and expectations.
 
- Support internal collaboration tools and documentation (e. g. , Asana, Sheets, Airtable) to keep workflows transparent and traceable.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in marketing operations, account management, or campaign delivery.
- Strong background in managing digital or email marketing workflows, ideally in multi‑market environments.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and coordinate across multiple internal stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and follow‑through on deadlines.
- Familiarity with email marketing, CRM, or content management systems is advantageous.
- Understanding of QA and proofreading workflows for content or creative assets.
- Competent in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for collaboration and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently.
- Experience managing content workflows, creative approvals, or localisation projects.
