The Role 


As a Marketing Project Manager , you coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns and brand activations across offline and online                channels, with a strong bias for action and high creative standards. You act as a
- native project lead, translating strategy and creative direction into clear, workable multichannel plans — and delivering them end to end, on time, on brand, and with measurable impact .


You are equally comfortable driving the campaign engine behind launches and being on the ground for openings, events, and activations, ensuring ideas land powerfully in the real world. You report to the Head of Marketing & Brand , working closely with Content & Design, Operations leadership , and external agencies and vendors .


To do this well, you own and continuously improve the practical tools that keep marketing moving , including campaign execution plans (channel maps, asset checklists, timelines, owners, and approval flows), a clear marketing project management playbook, vendor trackers and production calendars, event
-
- show and
- event debrief templates, and a weekly status reporting format that leadership actually uses .


Your Key Responsibilities


Multichannel campaign execution

  • Turn briefs into a multichannel execution plan: target, message hierarchy, channel roles, content/asset list, timeline, owners
  • Coordinate production and deployment across channels: social, email/CRM, website, Google Business Profile, paid amplification (with owners), PR moments,
    - venue touchpoints
  • Run approvals and QA: copy, visuals, brand compliance, links/tracking, publishing calendars
  • Collaborates with other departments for campaigns to “land” in the real world: signage, menus, staff comms, venue readiness, guest experience moments


Venue openings, rebrand rollouts, market launches

  • Coordinates
    -
    - end launch comms with Marketing + Ops in sync: teaser, announcement, opening week plan, influencer/press/community angles (with relevant owners)
  • Drive asset readiness: print/digital specs, production timelines, installation schedules,
    - site setup
  • Deliver
    - launch reporting + learnings and update playbooks


In-person events, collaborations & partnership activations

  • Plan and execute events that serve a marketing purpose (brand awareness, community, PR hooks, partnerships, openings)
  • Build

    - show + logistics plans; coordinate invites/guestlist approach with the team
  • Manage partner deliverables and timelines; keep the brand experience tight and consistent
  • Own
    - site execution and vendor management

Project management system and stakeholder alignment

  • Maintain a single source of truth per project (timeline, owners, budget, status, decisions, next steps)
  • Run a simple operating rhythm: weekly status, escalation path, clear handoffs between content/design/ops
  • Anticipate bottlenecks early (approvals, production lead times, venue constraints) and solve them proactively


External stakeholder management (agencies + vendors)

  • Brief, manage, and
    - check external partners: printers, fabricators, photographers, event suppliers, agencies
  • Coordinates quotes/PO tracking where applicable, delivery timelines, and acceptance criteria
  • Keep partners aligned to brand standards and internal workflows




What We Expect From You


  • 3–6+ years of experience executing marketing campaigns and activations (hospitality, retail, lifestyle, agency, or
    - site brands)
  • Strong understanding of how marketing channels work together, with confidence coordinating cohesive multichannel campaigns
  • Proven experience delivering
    - person events, launches, dinners, and collaborations, owning planning, execution, and reporting
  • Comfortable managing agencies and vendors: clear briefs, timelines, and quality control
  • Practical and
    - oriented, able to test ideas for feasibility and improve them through execution detail
  • Proactive by nature, spotting risks early and bringing ideas to improve outcomes or processes
  • Strong project discipline: clear plans, owners, timelines, and
    - through
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality
  • Clear and structured communicator
    - site (status updates, briefs, decisions)
  • Fluent in English
  • Comfortable with flexible schedules around openings, events, and key brand moments


Nice to have :

  • Experience with premium hospitality brands/groups or
    - end retail/consumer lifestyle brands
  • Familiarity with tracking basics: UTMs, GA/CRMs basics, reservation/traffic attribution realities
  • Tools: Notion/Monday, Google Suite; comfortable building templates and playbooks
