About the role

Permanent contract to strengthen the Companeo, Lda team based in Lisbon. You will be a key point of contact for our clients as an SEA Marketing Specialist, focusing on the French market with potential expansion to other countries.

Responsibilities

• Strategic advertising creation: develop, launch and manage campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Tik
  Tok, tailored to the French market and potentially other markets.
• Performance analysis and optimisation: monitor, analyse and report on KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROI); evaluate campaign effectiveness and profitability.
• Propose and implement improvements: identify trends and opportunities for targeting, creative, bidding strategies and landing pages to improve performance and ROI.
• Visuals that convert: create compelling visuals and ad copy for a B2B audience to drive conversions.
• Audience and market research: research user behaviour and market trends across countries to tailor strategies.
• Social media management: manage social media accounts to maintain brand presence.
• Community engagement: engage with online audiences to promote a positive brand image.
• Integration of future talent: mentor future interns joining the team.

Requirements / About you

• Proven expertise in Meta and Tik
  Tok advertising with experience on Facebook, Instagram, and Tik
  Tok.
• Analytical and
  - driven mindset with ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Creative and innovative mindset; ability to develop engaging campaigns.
• Results-oriented with focus on KPIs and business impact.
• Strong English skills; fluency in French is essential; other languages a plus.
• Passion for social media and digital marketing; proactive and
