Your role

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and managing marketing initiatives that drive Ovom Care’s presence in Portugal and internationally. You will work
- on, owning tasks from planning to delivery, while collaborating with our Head of Marketing & Sales to ensure our strategy translates into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns
  -
  - end, from planning to delivery.
• Manage activation projects such as events, collaborations, and local partnerships.
• Drive email marketing and CRM workflows (Hub
  Spot), including automation and performance tracking.
• Support the content strategy (social media, SEO, and website optimization).
• Analyze campaign results, track KPIs, and implement
  - driven improvements.
• Be proactive — propose and execute new ideas to strengthen Ovom Care’s brand.

Your profile

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, ideally in startups or
  - paced environments.
• Hands-on attitude with proven ability to get things done.
• Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and CRM tools (Hub
  Spot experience is a plus).
• Comfortable managing both online and offline marketing activities.
• Highly organized and capable of running multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proactive and confident in taking decisions and pushing projects forward.
• Strong communication skills in English (Portuguese is required).
