We are seeking a skilled Marketing Optimization Analyst to join our team.

Job Description

Analyze and Create Advertising Campaigns

The primary objective of this role is to act as a Subject Matter Expert for Ad
Words campaign optimization. You will be responsible for analyzing and creating advertising campaigns that drive results. This involves gathering data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve campaign performance.

Implement Optimization Solutions

You will implement optimization solutions by building campaigns for
- value advertising customers. This includes creating keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions that maximize ROI.

Gather and Analyze Data

You will gather and analyze data at an account level and campaign level to identify areas for improvement. This information will be used to create reports that support or aid the optimization strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A native level of German and a fluent level of English
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ads optimization (such as Google Ads)
• Critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within a
  - oriented environment
• Knowledge of Excel tools:
  
  CTR, CPA, Average Monthly Search Volumes, Vlookup, and Pivot Tables
• Good understanding of KIPs in the BPO industry:
  
  C-SAT, NPS & SLAs
• Knowledge of DM tools such as search engine optimization, Keywords, Ad
  Words, differentiating between a click and an impression, Ad Ranking/Rank in Google Ads, PPC optimization techniques, SEO/SEA Google Ad
