What you´ll do:

1. You set ambitious goals in line with the company’s objectives.
2. You drive the strategic and intelligent implementation of marketing campaigns.
3. You cooperate closely with our local business development and website teams, as well as our creative team, to develop, test, and implement strategies.
4. As an ambitious partner of our global marketing team, you discuss marketing approaches on eye level and challenge the status quo.
5. Based on your
   - depth knowledge of the online & offline marketing landscape, you enrich the
   - term marketing vision.
6. You combine creativity with statistical insights to achieve measurable results.
7. You build, develop, and advance one of our marketing teams in Lisbon as a leader, expert, and coach.

Who we´re looking for:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) is a plus.
3. At least 4 years of experience in marketing, with>1 year in a leadership role.
4. Proven track record in developing and executing successful
   - funnel marketing campaigns.
5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
6. Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders.
7. Fluent in English.
