Job Description:

We are seeking a
- oriented Mar
Tech Implementation Specialist (m/f/d) with a strong background in digital analytics and marketing attribution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of tracking implementations across web and mobile platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, and attribution platforms like Exactag, as well as a passion for data quality, troubleshooting, and collaborative
- solving skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning, implementing, and maintaining web and app tracking tags
• Managing marketing attribution models within Exactag and monitoring campaign performance
• Conducting regular audits and QA checks to ensure data accuracy and maintaining comprehensive documentation
• Generating reports on key performance metrics and translating data into actionable insights
• Collaborating with marketing, product, and tech teams, providing training and guidance
• Ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
• Several years of experience in digital marketing, tag management, or marketing automation
• Ability to design and implement tracking strategies for website and
  - app user behavior
• Certification in Google Analytics, Adjust, or similar platforms; basic understanding of HTML, CSS, Java
  Script, and mobile frameworks
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
