Your Main Activities Are
- Identify costumer needs and selling our transactional and products capabilities
- Sell FXLM products and promote the Group's brand to our corporate clients
- Provide clients with market insights, trade ideas, and actionable trading strategies
- Hold regular performance reviews with clients
- Understanding how clients choose counterparties for risk pricing and maximizing the chances to see the trades
- Provide clients with market data, prices and other information
- Prioritize digitalization, automation and use data to improve the clients' journey, drive BNPP's growth and market share expansion
- Monitor, manage and market
- trading capabilities and performance
Profile And Skills To Success
- Master's degree, preferably in Finance
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written, in English (additional European language preferred)
- Energetic team player with commercial mindset
- Acquainted with business relationship management and development
- Structured, methodical and organized approach to work
- Ability to solve problems and agility to work under considerable pressure
- Lateral thinking, identifying useful information and navigating obstacles and barrier
- Expertise with data analysis
- Strong quantitative skills
