You’ll collaborate with various teams, streamline data processes, and communicate changes effectively. Your expertise will help shape our data strategy and support critical analysis. If this is you, we’d love to talk. **What You Will Do*** Utilize SAP system to create, maintain and delete vendor & customer master data accurately and in a timely manner. * Perform data validation to ensure data quality. * Work within the ticketing system, solving issues and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Coordinate with relevant departments and business functions to ensure accurate data collection and processing. * Communicate changes to relevant stakeholders. * Document business processes for related master data and ensure processes are followed accordingly. * Participate in and/or provide input to relevant networks to improve the master data process and support agreed activities. * Support others with master data expertise by providing master data process trainings. * Provide data to support related analysis. **Who You Are*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounts Payable, Information Systems or Supply Chain (or equivalent experience). * Minimum of 2 years of experience in Information Systems or Supply Chain, with a strong focus on managing and maintaining Vendor Master Data and related processes. * Experience in SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) for vendors and customers, and MS office Tools. * Good analytical, organizational and communication skills. * Strong team player, work collaboratively and support colleagues. * Fluent in English - **All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language. ****What We Can Offer You**At Essity, we believe everyone's learning and professional development is unique and want to empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.
