Master Data Junior Specialist - French Speaker

Location: Braga/Lisbon (Portugal) • Nestlé Business Services (NBS) • Full-time/Hybrid mode • Fluent in English and French

Responsibilities

• Update the system daily with information about our customers
• Perform periodic activity reviews with Senior Executive/Stream Supervisor
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope, whenever possible
• Analyze and check KPIs on quality of services provided and present during DORs
• Participate in KPI trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving
• Maintain and contribute to a good relationship between the team and the different markets
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards including effective management of SODs, updated standard routines, documentation of previous audit points and adherence to CBP (Control Best Practices)

What will make you successful

• Degree in Analytics/Management area
• Previous experience with data management (preferred but not a must)
• Fluent in English and French
• Detail oriented, team member and result focus
• Proactively thinks outside of the box to find better ways to achieve service expectations
