What You'll do:

• Manage master data in the SAP environment, ensuring its quality, integrity, consistency, and availability across business processes;
  
  
• Define and monitor data governance policies;
  
  
• Centralize andstandardize master data across systems;
  
  
• Coordinate IT and business teams for effective data governance;
  
  
• Oversee the creation, modification, and validation of reference data in SAP;
  
  
• Ensure data quality by removing duplicates and correcting errors;
  
  
• Implement controls, governance rules, and workflows;
  
  
• Act as a liaison between users, business units, and SAP technical teams;
  
  
• Support SAP implementations, with a focus on master data modules;
  
  
• Lead and develop the Master Data team;
  
  
• Assess the impact of process changes and ensure strategic alignment;
  
  
• Hybrid work Model

What You Are:

• Senior profile with 5+ years of experience in master data management or similar roles;
  
  
• Strong knowledge of SAP and SAP Master Data Governance (MDG);
  
  
• Solid understanding of supply chain, logistics, or finance business processes;
  
  
• Proven experience in project and team management;
  
  
• Excellent communication skills with both business and technical teams;
  
  
• Expertise in data quality, governance, and data security best practices;
  
  
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
