Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES

& MAIN TASKSDesign & Implementation:Architect and deploy MDM solutions using
TIBCO EBXto manage, govern, and secure enterprise data across multiple domains. Develop and maintaindata models, hierarchies, taxonomies, and metadata managementwithin TIBCO EBX to ensure
- quality, consistent data. Build and customizeworkflows, data entities, and business rulesfor TIBCO EBX-based MDM environments to meet business and technical requirements.

Data Governance & Quality:Define and enforcedata governance frameworks, policies, and processes using EBX's features for data stewardship, auditing, and version control. Implementdata quality rulesand conduct data profiling to identify anomalies, ensuring high levels of accuracy and completeness.

Workflow Automation:Design and implement workflow automations within TIBCO EBX to streamline data management processes such as approvals, validations, and integrations. Collaborate with
- functional teams to

- end MDM processesand integrate EBX with existing enterprise applications.

Documentation & Reporting:Create and maintain detailedtechnical documentationrelated to data models, workflows, governance policies, and EBX configurations. Develop and deliverreports and dashboardsfor stakeholders to provide visibility into data health, governance compliance, and MDM system performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

3+ years of experience in Master Data Management(MDM) architecture and implementation.

2-3+ years of
- on experience working with TIBCO EBX(formerly Orchestra Networks).

Deep knowledge of MDM principles, data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.

Proficiency in TIBCO EBX features, including data modeling, workflow automation, business rule configuration, and security settings.

Experience with data integration techniques and tools, including ETL processes, APIs, and RESTful services for integrating EBX with other enterprise applications.

Strong understanding of relational databases (e. g. , SQL, Oracle) and
- on experience with data modeling techniques (e. g. , ERD, UML).

Familiarity with data management and governance tools (Purview, Collibra, etc. ) is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams.

Certification in TIBCO EBX or equivalent MDM tools is a plus.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (e. g. Azure, AWS) and experience with
- based data architectures.

Fluent in English.
