Your Role in Our Team

We are seeking a highly organized SAP Data Specialist to support data migration initiatives. The role involves preparing, cleansing, and managing material and document data in SAP, using tools like Excel and Service
Now. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate data management.

Main Responsibilities

• Data Preparation and Migration: Prepare and update migration files, extract data from SAP tables (MARA, MARC, AUSP) using SE16n, collaborate with IT via Service
  Now, and update mapping files within SAP.
• Data Cleansing and Management: Remove duplicates, manage discontinued materials, handle SAP transactions, perform mass changes, and
  - check data with Excel formulas.
• Change Management and Object Classification: Manage change processes using SAP ECM and BOM, perform class and characteristics
  - maintenance.
• Reporting and Analysis: Use SAP and Excel to generate and analyze reports, work with large spreadsheets, apply filters, and formulas.
• Communication and Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with departments, organize Teams channels, directories, and files.

Your Profile

• Degree in Engineering or related field
• Technical understanding, including interpreting technical drawings
• Basic to medium proficiency in Excel, handling large datasets
• Basic to medium SAP knowledge, with willingness to learn
• Advanced English skills, both written and spoken
