Your Role in Our Team

We are seeking a highly organized and
- oriented SAP Data Specialist to support our data migration initiatives. The role involves preparing, cleansing, and managing material and document data in SAP, using tools like Excel and Service
Now. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure accurate and efficient data management.

Main Responsibilities

1. Data Preparation and Migration:
   • Prepare and update material migration, mapping, and document migration files by extracting data from SAP tables (MARA, MARC, AUSP) using SE16n.
   • Collaborate with the IT department via Service
     Now to resolve migration issues.
   • Update mapping files and perform class maintenance within SAP.
2. Data Cleansing and Management:
   • Perform data cleansing, including removing duplicates and managing discontinued materials.
   • Handle SAP material transactions, perform mass changes, and manage document info records.
   • Cross-check data with Excel formulas, VLOOKUP, and filters for accuracy.
3. Change Management and Object Classification:
   • Manage change processes with SAP ECM and BOM transactions.
   • Perform mass maintenance of classes and characteristics for proper object classification in SAP KLP.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
   • Use SAP reporting tools and Excel to generate, analyze, and validate reports.
   • Work with large spreadsheets, applying filters, grouping, and formulas for efficient analysis.
5. Communication and Collaboration:
   • Maintain effective communication with departments to ensure smooth collaboration and data handling.
   • Organize Teams channels, directories, and files for document management and sharing.

Your Profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Technical understanding, including reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Proficiency in Excel, capable of handling large datasets.
• Basic to medium knowledge of SAP, with willingness to learn.
• Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
