The jobholder is part of a
- divisional team, based across all divisions in 4 countries and 7 sites, responsible for Procurement supplier master data management in run mode, projects, and process activities. Managing Master Data and supporting Procurement Users are central to the team’s activities.
You are responsible for overseeing and improving the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of organizational data. Collaborate with business and technical teams. Implement monitoring and validation processes, identify and resolve data issues, and drive continuous improvement.
The main tasks and responsibilities will include:
1. Develop, establish, and implement robust supplier master data quality routines based on digital solutions and efficient processes. Use your data literacy to support data analysts, engineers, and stewards in improving processes, rules, and user adoption.
2. Manage and support projects related to supplier master data quality:
initiate or recover transversal supplier data projects, plan, lead, and deliver using project management standards and agile methods, focusing on data cleansing, migrations, and reconciliations.
3. Maintain interfaces with supplier data stewards and key stakeholders (e. G. , Finance, Legal & Compliance, Procurement) to understand business needs and obligations.
4. Ensure full alignment with the product owner of our main digital solution for Supplier Master Data Management (SAP MDG - “One
Supplier”) and support its deployment roadmap with your functional expertise.
Requirements - Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
- At least 3 years experience in (Supplier) Master Data Management.
- Experience working with SAP (e. G. , MM, MDG, S/4HANA).
- Experience in improving data and/or processes management.
- Experience in project management using both traditional and Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with external and internal partners.
- Stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Team player in a multinational,
- divisional environment.
- Analytical mindset and openness to new working methods.
- Interest in digital solutions and collaboration with IM teams.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is a plus.
- Procurement experience is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools (Google Suite).
