Join our team as a Master Data Specialist and collaborate closely with our Local/Global Finance community and Process Owners. Ensure our Customer, Vendor, and Accounting master data, including analytical objects and materials, is accurate and complete. Drive improvements and maintain high data quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process creation, changes, extensions, and deletions of master data within quality targets and SLAs, ensuring compliance with company policies;
• Support the implementation of tools and processes for master data creation and maintenance;
• Help create and maintain Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, and training materials;
• Assisting business users and creating business rules to monitor data quality;
• Develop dashboards for ongoing and
  - based master data quality reporting;
• Analyse data and processes to drive improvements and maintain high data quality;
• Assist in establishing and embedding Data Governance within the company.

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Administration or similar;
• 3 years of experience with SAP Master Data Experience (preferred);
• Microsoft Office Proficiency: Advanced skills;
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills;
• Data Quality Passion: Strong enthusiasm for data and its quality;
• Analytical Skills: Ability to investigate topics across multiple business areas and geographies;
• Problem-Solving: Methodical and
  - oriented approach;
• Prioritization: Efficiently manage and prioritize tasks, keeping stakeholders informed.
