About the Role
We are looking for a Master Data Specialist to create, maintain, and improve our product data. This role is essential for ensuring data accuracy and reliability across multiple systems, supporting business operations, and driving continuous improvement.
You will collaborate with product managers and
- functional teams to develop data standards and deliver
- quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and lead continuous improvement projects for master data.
- Collect, consolidate, audit, and clean up master data across multiple systems.
- Support the development of data standards and templates.
- Identify and resolve data issues, including root cause analysis.
- Provide master data solutions and handle special requests from the business.
- Contribute to documentation and training for new team members.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related science.
- 2+ years of experience working with MS applications, especially Excel or databases.
- Strong interest in data accuracy, management, and IT topics.
- Ability to collaborate across departments, cultures, and countries within Europe.
- SAP experience is an advantage.
- Proactive problem solver with fluent written and spoken English (French/German or Dutch is a plus).
- Availability to travel (less than 20%).
