Main Responsabilities:

• Create the full material and partner lifecycle, through to obsolescence/decommissioning - scope of data includes all finished goods, packaging materials, raw materials, operating supplies,
  - finished goods, service materials, as well as customer and supplier master data;
  
  
• Coordinate timely and complete cross functional data across the Engineering, Production and Supply Chain functions;
  
  
• Monitor data creation and reporting performance indicators on regular basis;
  
  
• Act as first line of support for any master data questions;
  
  
• Analyse if all requirements are efficiently communicated and commercial data is created in a timely manner (including customer listings and sales pricing), to coordinate with Purchasing, Finance and Service the timely release of materials from the SAP cockpits;
  
  
• Guarantee the quality and accuracy of all material and associated cross functional master data;
  
  
• Act as SPOC forthe resolution of all master data related impacts to the operation and raising and resolution of all master data/DSP related incidents.
• Certify all local master data processes are documented and stored;
  
  
• Certify compliance with the company's policy for quality, environment and safety.

Required Experience:

• 3-6 years of experience in similar positions preferably, with Programming and Advanced Excel knowledge;
  
  
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrotechnical, Industrial Management or Information Systems;
  
  
• MS Office;
  
  Office 365 (Share
  Point and Power BI);
  
  Programming languages;
  
  
• High English Level.
