CTR/Hayco is a multinational manufacturing company looking for a Material Planner - Trainee to join our Supply Chain team in Portugal.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Purchasing Team with
  -
  - day administrative and operational tasks;
• Support data entry and maintenance of purchasing records;
• Help track purchase orders and delivery schedules, follow up with suppliers as needed;
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory data and generating standard reports;
• Participate in meetings with suppliers and internal stakeholders as needed;
• Collaborate with Planning, Customer Service, and NPI teams to help align material requirements;
• Support documentation and file organization in accordance with internal procedures;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Purchasing Department.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field;
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn;
• Good organizational and time management skills;
• Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written);
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
• Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude;
