Key Responsibilities: Plan and optimize production schedules based on stock levels, coverage, and sales forecasts. Manage and sequence production lines, considering capacity, quality requirements, and constraints (e. g. , allergens, cleaning). Minimize downtime through effective changeover planning. Collaborate with production, quality, and sales teams to ensure stock integrity and
- time delivery. Coordinate with external copackers to synchronize timelines and capacities. Monitor KPIs and make
- driven decisions to improve performance. Implement continuous improvements to planning processes for greater efficiency.
Candidate Profile
Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in production planning or related roles, preferably in manufacturing. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret KPIs into actionable plans. Proficient in MS Excel (mandatory). Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders. Solution-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a
- changing environment. Focused on continuous improvement and process optimization. Intermediate English required.
