We are looking for a MCR (Market, Credit & Risk) Business Analyst RMT (Risks, P&L, & ALM).

MAIN TASKS:

• Requirements Gathering: Capture and document software requirements for risk management (counterparty, market, credit, operational risks) and solvency.
• SQL Development: Write and maintain PL/SQL queries (Sybase/MS SQL Server) for risk calculations and reporting.
• Agile Project Management: Participate in Agile projects, contributing to sprint planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of solutions.
• Process Monitoring and Improvement: Test and validate system enhancements, ensuring they meet business needs and quality standards.
• Risk Management: Support the implementation and monitoring of risk management systems, ensuring compliance with regulations.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

Technical Skills:

• Experience as IT business analyst.
• Knowledge of PL/SQL (Sybase or MS SQL Server).
• English - C1 Level.

• Market risk within banking.
• Agile project methodology.
• High motivation, willingness and ability to learn, demonstrate initiative.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, highly demanding, and dynamic environment.
• Good communication and organization skills.
