Your role in our team
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing innovative products and solutions for our customers.
You will collaborate in preparing and analyzing specifications and technical requirements, ensuring compliance with product needs, customer specifications, standards, and regulations.
- Design the architecture of solutions considering approved specifications.
- Validate that designs are detailed enough for development and reflect all specifications.
- Perform static, kinematic, and dynamic calculations to assess the strength and characteristics of mechanical assemblies.
- Create items and bills of materials in the ERP system, ensuring correct identification and submission.
- Contribute to product documentation, including manuals, datasheets, and test reports.
- Support the development of user support documentation to ensure clarity and quality.
- Promote and incorporate technological trends to improve operational effectiveness and customer service.
- Maintain technological awareness to keep the product portfolio updated and differentiated.
- Coordinate with Quality to analyze risks associated with new product development.
- Participate in forums and communities related to innovation and industry advancements.
- Collaborate with various departments on product architecture and problem analysis.
- Ensure benchmarking against industry standards and promote continuous process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies on quality, environment, and safety.
Your profile
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in machines or structures design.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Proficiency in CAD software (Auto
CAD, Inventor, or similar). - Strong English skills (verbal and written).
- Results-oriented with excellent time and priority management skills.
- Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a
- oriented attitude. - Autonomous, proactive, and flexible.
- Ability to work independently.
- Keen knowledge of Machinery Safety standards is a plus.
