The Tejo Mondego Production Center Department of EDP Produção, whose mission is to coordinate the operation of systems and equipment in their area of expertise, participate in the definition of maintenance and ensure its implementation through plans and safety procedures, specialized technology, enhancing the normal functioning of installations and equipment as well as established safety and environmental levels, intends to strengthen its team in the Mechanical Maintenance – Castelo de Bode/Bouçã Hydroelectric Power Station area.
What you will do:
- Interpret technical diagrams, drawings, and instructions;
- Operate and maintain mechanical equipment;
- Detect, analyse, and troubleshoot faults in mechanical equipment;
- Take readings from mechanical equipment indicators;
- Prepare work and draft intervention reports;
- Carry out equipment lockout/tagout and restoration procedures;
- Calibrate measuring equipment;
- Perform assemblies and precision adjustments;
- Conduct verification rounds.

What are we looking for:
- Training at 12th grade/Technical-professional courses such as Electromechanics Technician, Mechatronics, Mechanics, Mechanical Locksmith, or related fields.
- More than 2 years of professional experience in mechanical work, mainly in industrial maintenance;
- Residence (or willingness to relocate) near the workplace (mandatory);
- Proficiency in Office tools (mandatory) and SAP (desirable).
- Knowledge of the English language (preferable).
- Collaboration and networking, ability to handle pressure, agility and quickness, curiosity and
- development, good interpersonal relationships, and team spirit are competencies we value.
