The Job

We are seeking a motivated and
- oriented Media Buyer to join our marketing team, with a specific focus on social media advertising, primarily on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Whats
App, etc. ). This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in digital media buying who is eager to specialize in social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Campaign Management:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media ad campaigns on Meta platforms.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall business goals.
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

Budget Management and Reporting:

• Manage advertising budgets for social media campaigns.
• Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities within social media advertising.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and features on Meta platforms.
• Analyze competitors’ social media strategies to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content that resonates with target audiences.
• Provide input on ad creatives, including copy, design, and multimedia elements.

Client and Stakeholder Communication:

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and success.
• Present campaign strategies and results to clients or senior management.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in media buying, with a focus on social media advertising.
• Strong understanding of Meta platforms and their advertising tools.
• Proficient in analytics tools and able to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work in a
  - paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with strong
  - solving skills.
