Your mission is to develop and launch PPC and Social Ads campaigns for our brands, independently managing the

- end creation, execution, and optimization of
- performance campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads.

What you'll do

• Campaigns: Plan, create, and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms, such as Meta Ads, Google Ads
• Optimizations: Continuously monitor campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, and ads to achieve and exceed ROI targets.
• Analysis: Conduct
  - depth analysis of metrics and reports to derive strategic insights, drive
  - making, and ensure campaign success.
• A/B Testing: Design and execute rigorous A/B tests with ads, landing pages, and audience segments to identify top performers.
• Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new platform features to maintain a competitive edge.
• Reporting: Collaborate closely with leadership, presenting key findings, test results, and strategic recommendations to ensure alignment and drive account growth.

What we're looking for

• Experience: +2 years of experience in media buying, e. g. , Meta, Google, Native, Display.
• Industry: Proven campaign success in one of the following: i
  Gaming, Sports Betting, Binary Option, Finance, Forex, or Crypto
• Affiliate KPIs: Strong skills in Sheets, BIs, Analytics for CPA campaigns across different funnels.
• Language: Fluency in English is required.
• Tools: Expertise with media sources, tracking tools, pixels,
  - party attribution, and task management tools.
• Innovation + AI: Bring tools and tests with AI, tools, and connections
• Remote: Proactive and organized for a 100% remote environment
• NICE TO HAVE: Some level of multicultural experience targeting diverse international markets

• Compensations: 24, 000 USD per year, according to expertise
