Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize multichannel campaigns daily.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvements in ROI / ROAS.
• Test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Implement tracking (pixels, GTM, GA4 events).
• Deliver clear reports with actionable insights for the team and clients.
• Research and test new traffic sources and opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Media Buying (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Native, or similar).
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of metrics: CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, LTV.
• Analytical, autonomous, organized, and
  - oriented.
• Nice to have: experience with ad servers, Red
  Track / Voluum / Keitaro, Looker Studio, and automated reporting.
