The Role

We’re hiring a Media Buyer / Account Manager with proven expertise in home services lead generation.

What You’ll Do

Optimize and scale campaigns ( Google & Meta required ; other networks a plus)

Build and launch new campaigns from scratch

Troubleshoot tracking problems

Analyze performance data and turn numbers into actionable recommendations

Prepare
- facing reports and explain insights clearly

Provide strategy and
- step testing ideas

Requirements

3+ years of media buying experience

Must-have: home services lead generation (roofing, solar, HVAC, plumbing, pest control, lawn care, windows, construction/remodels, etc. )

Strong skills in Google Ads + Meta Ads

Solid understanding of conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting - Strong data analysis and storytelling ability

Excellent English writing, spelling, and grammar (native not required if writing feels
- level)

Self-starter,
- oriented, and accountable

Location & Hours

Remote — no location or time zone restrictions

Flexible schedule: we care about outcomes, not hours

Interview Process

2. Technical interview with client

3. Paid sample project ($500 for 4–8 hours)
